Frequently Asked Questions

IS YOUR PHOTO BOOTH SELF-OPERATING AND EASY TO USE?

Yes! Once our photo booth is assembled and set up, it operates completely by itself. You will see instructions on the screen that say, “Touch Screen To Start.”

Once your photo session begins, a countdown timer will appear on the screen, letting you know when to strike your pose! After your photo booth session is complete, a prompt will appear on the screen giving you the option to instantly receive your photos via Text, Email, or QR code. The process is simple and easy, which means there is no need for a photo booth attendant.

WHAT ARE THE SPACE, VENUE, AND POWER REQUIREMENTS FOR THE PHOTO BOOTH?

Our photo booth requires a 8′ x 8′ area and a ceiling clearance of 8′. Please make sure there’s a power outlet within 20 feet of the booth.

CAN THE PHOTO BOOTH BE SET UP OUTSIDE?

Yes! If you have an outdoor venue, the booth needs to be setup on on a level surface. If dealing with inclement weather such as rain, wind, or extreme heat, this can limit the photo booth’s usage.

WHEN WILL YOU ARRIVE TO SET UP?

We will arrive 45-60 minutes ahead of your contracted start time. Earlier setups are possible but will need to be arranged ahead of time and may be subject to an additional cost. Please contact us if this is something you will need for your event.

WHAT IF WE WANT TO ADD AN EXTRA HOUR AT THE EVENT?

No problem! We charge $75 per additional hour.

WHAT IS A “CUSTOMIZED TEMPLATE”?

Because every event is unique, your template design should be too! We can customize colors, font type, and include any logos needed to match the theme of your event. Once you book your event, Keep it Kandid will reach out to ensure we have all the necessary details. When your customized template is finished, we will send it to you for your approval. DOES KEEP IT KANDID OFFER SOCIAL MEDIA INTEGRATION?

Yes! Guests can upload their photos directly to Instagram via email. Other sharing options include Text, WhatsApp, Airdrop, and QR code.

DOES KEEP IT KANDID OFFER PHOTO BOOTH PROPS?

Yes! Our Ultimate Party Package includes a collection of hand-selected photo
booth props. Funny signs, mustaches, super large cell phones, oversized
sunglasses, cool hats, wigs, and masks to name a few. You can add props to our
Starter and Party Package for an additional $40, which includes all props and a
prop table. If you’re planning a themed party, we’ll do our best to accommodate
specific prop requests.

WHEN DO I RECEIVE THE PHOTOS FROM MY EVENT? WHERE CAN GUESTS ACCESS THE PHOTOS FROM MY EVENT?

Event photos are guaranteed to be uploaded to our online gallery within 5 days of the event, but in most cases, will be uploaded within 48 hours. We’ll send you a notification as soon as your photos have been uploaded, and your guests can access the online gallery and download their photos for free!

HOW FAR DOES KEEP IT KANDID TRAVEL, AND IS THERE A TRAVEL FEE?

Keep it Kandid services the Las Vegas and Henderson area. If you are outside of these areas or a Las Vegas Strip property, there is an additional travel fee. When booking, you will be able to enter your event venue address which will determine the applicable fee.

WHAT IF AFTER BOOKING MY EVENT I NEED TO CHANGE THE DATE OR CANCEL?

We do understand changes in scheduling can occur. Below is our cancellation policy:

Postponement: Any rescheduling requests are subject to availability and must be made at least 14 days before the original event date. Your payment will be applied to the new date for no additional charge when 14 days' notice is given. For postponements with less than 14 days' notice, a $50 fee will apply.

Cancellation: If you need to cancel your event without rebooking, we provide a full refund if the cancellation is made 30 days prior to your event. Cancellations made less than 30 days before the event will result in a refund of 50% of your payment.

*Please note: All cancellation and postponement requests must be submitted in writing via email. Refunds will be processed within 3 business days from the date of cancellation.

OUR VENUE REQUIRES PROOF OF INSURANCE. IS KEEP IT KANDID INSURED?

Yes! With a $1M policy, we’ve got you covered!
